Tap Classes for Adults and Seniors
Wednesdays at 2:30pm, join us at the Northbridge Senior Center! The class works on the fundamentals of tap dance while focusing on technique, balance and strength.
Tap dance is a full-body workout that improves posture and balance, and improves grace. Tap dancing is a wonderful activity for your mind, creating new neural pathways while working on different steps, techniques, and memorizing choreography.
The class is made up of all different levels and allows you to work at your own pace. The best part is you get to practice alongside some great people and make some new friends!
